David has served as Commissioning Authority on over 95 projects in the last 7 years. Prior to commissioning, David was a Project/MEP Superintendent with over 28 years of experience and brings a wealth of building knowledge to P2S Cx.
Gerry has been responsible as a lead engineer for commissioning, design and energy analysis of new, remodel, and energy retrofit projects with over 20 years of experience.
Lawrence has over 10 years experience in building commissioning from Pharmaceuticals, Office Buildings, Medical, K-12, Higher Education, Airports, and much more. Lawrence will be in charge of our newest office located in San Jose, CA covering Commissioning for the Northern California Area.
With 8 years experience as a Senior Commissioning Agent, Dave has commissioned projects in over 60 customer sites throughout the United States and over-seas. As a project manager and commissioning agent, he has a combined 30 years experience in mission critical facilities.
Phil has 4 years experience in the Cx and engineering of building systems. His approach to commissioning incorporates perspectives in energy management, building maintenance, and prioritizing what is best.
Bryant is a Commissioning Agent at P2S and has served as a CxA on over 30 projects in the last 3 years. Along with commissioning, Bryant has 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering and has been an active member in the ASHRAE community.
Jacky Ly is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California with over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the design, commissioning, controls, and analysis of building energy systems.
David is P2S Commissioning Facilities Operations Specialist. With over 25 years of experience in operations and maintenance, he brings a wealth of central plant knowledge to P2S Commissioning.
Sarah has 3 years of experience in power systems engineering. Her experience in commissioning includes high and medium voltage electrical equipment, protective relaying, and controls.
Eduardo Arana has over 3 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. His experience in commissioning include working on over 20 projects that include K-12, Higher Education, Medical, Airports and City Buildings.
Devon has commissioned over 200+ residential and commercial PV and PV + BES systems, with specialized work in solar and battery energy storage systems. At P2S he has worked on 20 different projects, 5 of which were LEED v.3 projects, and 4 of which have BECx.
Chris earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from CSULB with an emphasis in HVAC systems and design. He has worked in the construction industry for 6 years, and has experience in mechanical, plumbing, building automation, and controls systems.
Daari has 2 years of experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. His experience as a Commissioning Technician includes working on a variety of projects across a variety of industries including Higher Education, Medical and Airports.
Wen obtained his masters degree in mechanical engineering at USC. At P2S his experience in commissioning include working on over 5 projects doing submittal reviews, writing commissioning plans, design reviews, and writing pre-functional and functional performance tests.
Ashley is a SDSU graduate with Bachelors in Environmental Engineering, and Sustainability. At P2S, her experience in commissioning includes working on a variety of industries including Airports, Higher Education, and City Projects. Ashley is an active chair member of ASHRAE and is pursuing her PE certification.
Theo graduated from USC with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has worked on over five projects which have sharpened his skills with Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Theo is now pursuing his Commissioning and LEED Certification.
Yuzhe has a graduate degree in Building Performance and Diagnostics from CMU. Yuzhe has extensive knowledge in zero energy building design, mechanical system design, building energy modeling, as well as data analysis and programming.
Mia graduated with a Master’s Degree in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from CMU and has extensive knowledge on power plant systems with emphases on system design, thermodynamic analysis, energy performance modeling, and cost optimization.
